Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to guests during weekend night operations
- Perform nightly operational tasks including inventory management and facility maintenance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations and company standards
- Complete opening/closing checklists and maintain organized workspace
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years of age)
- Availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn POS systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality

- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
