Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, sorting, and stocking merchandise accurately and efficiently during weekend shifts.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the warehouse and storage areas.
- Data Entry: Update inventory records and track stock levels using company software systems.
- Customer Assistance: Provide support to customers or team members as needed to resolve inquiries quickly.
- Equipment Handling: Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training for all new hires.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and walk throughout the facility.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and order processing.
