As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring products are processed accurately and shipped on time. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing cargo.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
