Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products to designated storage areas using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Control: Accurately check stock levels and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare and pack customer orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a safe and organized workspace by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Documentation: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
