Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework using advanced trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Chair the Innovation Council, guiding 20+ cross-functional teams in emerging technology adoption (AI, quantum, bioengineering)
- Produce quarterly Horizon Reports with actionable insights for board-level strategic decisions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford) and think tanks (Future Today Institute)
- Lead the Future Talent Initiative, redesigning workforce models for 2026 labor market realities
- Represent Horizon at Davos, TED, and global futurist forums
- Oversee $50M innovation budget with P&L accountability for venture incubation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation leadership, or C-suite technology roles
- Proven track record of launching ventures from future trend analysis (provide 3+ case studies)
- Expertise in exponential technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist journals (e.g., Futures Research Quarterly)
- Deep network with Fortune 500 innovation officers and academic futurists
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
- Fluency in 3+ languages with global cultural intelligence
