Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological, social, and economic shifts through 2030
- Develop actionable scenario plans for climate adaptation, AI governance, and workforce evolution
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-proofing into corporate strategy and R&D
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and industry disruptors
- Author quarterly trend briefings for investors, board members, and government partners
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of influencing multi-billion-dollar corporate strategy
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leader in future studies with keynote speaking experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent credential preferred
