Responsibilities
- Design and implement real-time decision-making algorithms for Level 5 autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating LiDAR, radar, and computer vision technologies
- Develop quantum-resistant encryption protocols for secure vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication
- Optimize neural networks for edge computing in high-stakes driving scenarios
- Validate safety-critical systems through advanced simulation and physical testing
- Collaborate with urban planners to develop smart infrastructure compatibility
- Drive innovation in sustainable energy management for electric autonomous fleets
Qualifications
- MSc/PhD in Robotics, AI, or Computer Engineering with 5+ years autonomous systems experience
- Expertise in Python, C++, and ROS with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Proven track record in sensor fusion and real-time embedded systems
- Familiarity with ISO 26262 functional safety standards and ASIL-D certification
- Published research in autonomous navigation or quantum computing applications
- Strong background in ethical AI development and bias mitigation
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures (HPC/quantum)
