Responsibilities
- Lead the definition and execution of the 2026 Technical Roadmap, aligning engineering outputs with strategic business goals.
- Architect scalable software solutions for autonomous orbital mechanics and deep-space communication.
- Oversee the integration of Generative AI models into mission-critical hardware controllers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate technical risks and ensure mission resilience.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and forward-thinking problem solving.
- Present complex technical concepts to stakeholders and non-technical leadership.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with a focus on AI/ML or high-frequency computing.
- Demonstrated history of leading large-scale engineering teams through complex project lifecycles.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with quantum computing libraries or edge computing architectures.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating high-level strategy to diverse audiences.
