Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 technology roadmap with predictive analytics and market trend analysis
- Lead innovation sprints for emerging tech including quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a $5M innovation fund for prototyping and validating 2026-viable solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for cutting-edge research
- Mentor a team of 15+ futurists and innovation specialists
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Published research or patents in future-tech domains
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-viable innovation projects
