The Role
In this pivotal position, you will serve as the chief architect of our 2026 vision. You will bridge the gap between high-level corporate strategy and operational execution, ensuring that our growth trajectory aligns with emerging market trends and technological advancements. You will work closely with the C-suite to identify opportunities for expansion, innovation, and market dominance.
Key Objectives
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 corporate strategy.
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing long-term growth initiatives.
- Analyze macroeconomic trends and competitive landscapes to forecast future opportunities.
- Oversee the financial planning and budgeting process for the 2026 fiscal year.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning departmental goals with the corporate vision.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify disruptive technologies and emerging consumer behaviors.
- Present quarterly strategy updates to the Board of Directors and executive leadership.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate strategic risks associated with long-term initiatives.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize features for the 2026 product line.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term strategic visions (5+ year outlook).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and scenario planning.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing C-level stakeholders.
