Responsibilities
- Lead 2026 roadmap development for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Champion sustainability initiatives targeting net-zero tech by 2026
- Build strategic partnerships with academic labs and government agencies
- Direct cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor emerging technologies through our proprietary Horizon Scanning platform
- Drive innovation culture through quarterly hackathons and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation with 3+ years at director level
- Proven track record in launching future-focused products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate AI
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (required)
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 50+ members
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Harvard Business Review
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- PhD in Technology Policy or equivalent experience
