Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy framework, aligning with long-term corporate vision
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech domains
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate next-gen business models
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present actionable foresight reports to the executive board and investor committees
- Mentor a team of innovation analysts and futurists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI ethics, climate tech, or neurotech
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and investor audiences
