Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and quantum computing simulations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map disruption vectors in AI ethics, quantum adoption, and climate-tech convergence
- Produce annual 'Horizon 2026' strategic briefings for executive board and investor stakeholders
- Establish innovation partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and NASA JPL
- Design organizational resilience protocols for systemic black swan events
- Mentor next-gen futurists through Horizon's Future Leaders Program
- Represent company at Davos, Web Summit, and Global Futures Council forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Computational Sociology; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or hypergrowth tech unicorns
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals (e.g., Futures Research Quarterly)
- Expertise in quantum computing applications, neuro-symbolic AI, and decentralized governance models
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Security clearance (Top Secret/SAP) or willingness to obtain
