- Produce quarterly foresight reports highlighting disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Design and implement strategic foresight methodologies across global business units
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with data-backed narratives
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of future-focused innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
