Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize disruptive trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum computing integration and AI governance
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports synthesizing biotech, climate tech, and metaverse convergence
- Design resilient organizational structures for decentralized workforce models
- Establish KPIs measuring long-term innovation maturity against 2026 benchmarks
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon Fellowship program
- Secure $5M+ in strategic partnerships with academic and governmental futurist networks
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ societal or technological transformation
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from at least two 5-year strategic initiatives
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
