- Build and lead a cross-functional futurist incubator team

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend impact analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change
- Published work in futurism or technology ethics (portfolio required)
