Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate adaptation, workforce evolution, and geopolitical volatility
- Produce white papers and executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities in quantum AI and biotech convergence
- Facilitate cross-industry workshops with Fortune 500 executives to co-create 2026 strategic roadmaps
- Integrate predictive analytics with behavioral economics to forecast consumer and workforce paradigm shifts
- Advain board-level stakeholders on ethical AI governance and regulatory compliance for 2026 digital ecosystems
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, futurist consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis for 2025-2030 horizons
- Advanced proficiency in predictive modeling tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK, AnyLogic)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work implications of AI/automation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP, AC/SCIP preferred)
- Experience advising C-suite on ethical AI implementation and quantum computing readiness
