Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to map 2026+ technological, social, and economic shifts
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to C-suite stakeholders
- Design scenario planning models for high-impact decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions
- Publish thought leadership on emerging paradigms and disruption vectors
- Build and mentor a dedicated foresight research unit
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and scenario development methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in foresight or strategy publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSP) preferred
