Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to map 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Build relationships with academic institutions and industry think tanks
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and disruption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
