Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework using predictive modeling and horizon scanning
- Lead interdisciplinary teams in identifying disruptive technologies with 2026 market potential
- Produce scenario analyses and risk assessments for emerging socio-technological shifts
- Design immersive future-state simulations for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and future-focused think tanks
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors with quantified impact projections
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in futurist/innovation roles
- Published research on technological singularity or 2026+ paradigm shifts
- Expertise in AI ethics, biotech convergence, and quantum computing applications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
- Track record of influencing Fortune 500 strategic roadmaps
- Fluency in futures simulation platforms (e.g., AnyLogic, Stella)
