Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and geopolitical trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ horizons
- Develop comprehensive scenario-planning frameworks and strategic roadmaps for enterprise transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing initiatives
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings translating complex data into strategic narratives
- Partner with R&D to incubate prototype solutions targeting 2026 market needs
- Establish global networks with futurists, academia, and industry thought leaders
- Drive innovation culture through mentorship and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or market strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-level audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data visualization expertise
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
