- Design innovation roadmaps integrating ethical AI governance and sustainable tech principles
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify emerging startups for strategic partnerships
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors
- Maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
