Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate adaptation, neurotech) to inform 2026 strategic vision
- Develop predictive models for human behavior evolution in digital ecosystems
- Lead workshops with C-suite executives to align on future-state product roadmaps
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype quantum computing applications
- Author thought leadership publications on societal transformation scenarios
- Manage relationships with academic partners at MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich
- Present findings at Davos and TED-style conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published work on technological singularity or human augmentation
- Proficiency in Python for predictive modeling and data visualization
- Experience with ethical frameworks for AI governance
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
