Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026-2030 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Produce quarterly future-state impact assessments for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize disruptive opportunities
- Build predictive models for market evolution and competitive disruption
- Establish early-warning systems for paradigm shifts in consumer behavior and industry structures
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and innovation councils
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented research roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data synthesis and narrative communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
