Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce quarterly future-readiness reports for executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Build and lead a global network of futurists and innovation scouts
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at industry foresight summits and publish thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products or policy frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex futures concepts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable impact
