Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Produce executive-grade trend reports and horizon-scanning briefings for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future-ready innovations into product roadmaps
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops with global partners to co-create future-state visions
- Establish quantitative/qualitative metrics to track emerging trajectory indicators
- Represent the company at premier futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (provide case studies in application)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario development methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complexity for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurist or business strategy publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
