Responsibilities
- Architect long-term scenario models for 2026+ technological, economic, and social disruptions
- Develop actionable foresight frameworks for executive decision-making
- Conduct horizon scanning across quantum computing, biotech, and AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Author annual Future State Briefings for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Cultivate ecosystem partnerships with academic and industry pioneers
- Mentor next-generation futurists in our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of forecasting disruptive technologies (2020-2025 validation)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
