Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and technological forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience with scenario modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to translate foresight into executable business strategy
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSP) preferred
