Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and socio-economic shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term business resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Present actionable insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Author annual 'State of the Future' reports and innovation whitepapers
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Certified Futurist (CF) designation or equivalent preferred
