- Develop 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' with engineers, ethicists, and government stakeholders
- Author annual 'Horizon Scan' reports identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Design resilience protocols for climate-altered urban ecosystems and supply chains
- Curate the 'Innovate Tomorrow' global summit featuring 50+ futurist thought leaders
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our 'Visionary Accelerator' program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, futures research, or C-suite innovation leadership
- Published peer-reviewed work on exponential technologies or systemic change
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., Shell's Two Uncertainties framework)
- Proven track record influencing policy or corporate strategy with future-oriented insights
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
