Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate resilience, biotech convergence) to create 2026-2035 strategic foresight frameworks
- Develop scenario-planning models for C-suite clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-impact thought leadership reports and predictive trend briefings
- Advolve emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, decentralized systems) into client transformation roadmaps
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon-scanning methodologies and critical future analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends and their societal implications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
