- Mentor junior futurists in advanced analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend impact analysis
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Demonstrated experience with AI-driven forecasting platforms
- Strong stakeholder management at executive level
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
