Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market positioning across technology, sustainability, and human experience domains
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities and systemic risks
- Develop scenario planning frameworks for geopolitical, technological, and environmental megatrends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Translate complex foresight insights into actionable executive recommendations
- Establish KPIs and metrics for measuring strategic implementation success
- Pioneer new methodologies for long-term strategic forecasting and adaptation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in technology forecasting, AI/ML integration, and sustainable systems design
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful 5+ year strategic frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Mastery of foresight methodologies including Delphi, SWOT, and scenario planning
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
