As our Strategic Futurist, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop actionable strategies based on predictive analytics and horizon scanning. You'll have the autonomy to explore emerging technologies, conduct scenario planning, and build frameworks that will guide our organization through the dynamic challenges of the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends and technologies affecting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks through scenario planning and predictive modeling
- Present trend analysis and innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future-focused technologies into product development
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry thought leaders
- Produce high-impact reports and white papers on emerging societal and economic shifts
- Champion innovation culture through workshops and future-focused training programs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, predictive analytics, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies
- Strong network within innovation ecosystems and futurist communities
- Published thought leadership in futures thinking or strategic foresight
- Experience working with C-suite executives on long-term transformation initiatives
