- Analyze emerging global tech/socioeconomic trends and develop 5-10 year strategic scenarios
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing future-proofing initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling narratives
- Build and maintain an external ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify long-term market impacts and ROI for strategic investments
- Champion innovation culture through workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating foresights into executable business strategies
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar designation preferred
