Responsibilities

- Author comprehensive trend reports and predictive models for executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Design organizational resilience frameworks for technological disruption
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futures research or strategic planning
- Certification in scenario planning or futures methodologies (e.g., from APF or WFS)
- Experience building global networks of futurists and domain experts
