- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Pioneer quantitative forecasting models using predictive analytics and machine learning
- Partner with R&D to commercialize futuristic concepts into market-ready solutions
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic transformation
- Experience with predictive modeling tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Superforecast)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into compelling narratives
