Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026

- Produce evidence-based trend reports and strategic roadmaps for C-suite audiences
- Quantify future market opportunities using predictive modeling and AI-driven analytics
- Design organizational resilience strategies for systemic disruption scenarios
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Mastery of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ published trend forecasts with measurable impact
