- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future opportunities and threats
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future projections into concrete innovation roadmaps and investment priorities
- Advose on long-term organizational capabilities and talent development for 2026 readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with proven decade-long impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and systemic change modeling
- Exceptional scenario-planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or emerging tech implications
