Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-readiness into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with startups, research institutions, and policy influencers
- Present strategic vision to boards and investors with data-driven storytelling and compelling narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-disrupting strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, business, technology, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-vision implementations
