- Present compelling future scenarios to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and market readiness
- Collaborate with global partners to identify co-creation opportunities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or management consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in AI/ML, Web3, biotech, or climate tech domains
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects with measurable impact
- Fluency in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
