Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and company vision
- Lead ideation sessions for next-gen AI/quantum solutions with 50+ global R&D partners
- Secure $10M+ in strategic partnerships with industry leaders and academic institutions
- Mentor a team of 15+ futurists, data scientists, and product architects
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to the board and executive stakeholders
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026 technologies (target: 15+ filings/year)
- Oversee budget allocation for experimental projects ($25M annual innovation fund)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven impact on product roadmaps beyond 2025
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Track record of securing $5M+ in partnerships or funding
