Responsibilities

- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Manage the innovation pipeline from ideation to market validation
- Drive corporate culture transformation to embrace exponential thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or emerging technology
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or services
- Expertise in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, PhD preferred)
- Experience leading global teams and managing innovation budgets >$5M
