- Produce trend reports and whitepapers on disruptive innovations with 3-5 year impact
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize 2026 product development roadmaps
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership platforms
- Build scenarios for climate adaptation and circular economy transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotechnology, and quantum computing trajectories
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Certification in futures research (e.g., CFTE, APF) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with C-suite stakeholders and technical teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
