Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Design and execute innovation roadmaps aligning emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) with market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynote presentations) positioning company as industry futurist
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and societal shifts affecting long-term business strategy
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board with data-backed impact projections
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives
