As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies to develop actionable roadmaps for the post-2025 era. Your insights will directly influence product roadmaps, investment strategies, and organizational transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and validate disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate AI)
- Develop strategic frameworks for organizations to navigate 2026's market disruptions
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce evolution
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for Fortune 500 clients
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints for 2026-ready product development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite leadership
- Proven track record in developing future-oriented business models for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (Web4, bio-convergence, decentralized systems)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills for complex scenarios
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or advanced degree in Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan, etc.)
- Experience leading global teams across innovation, R&D, and strategic planning
