Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across biotech, AI, quantum computing, and climate tech sectors
- Develop predictive models for 2026 market disruptions using proprietary AI analytics
- Design strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives with 18-24 month implementation horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-readiness initiatives
- Author quarterly trend reports distributed to Fortune 500 partners and investors
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or trend analysis at Fortune 500 level
- Expertise in scenario planning and predictive modeling methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AGI, synthetic biology, quantum)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leader in futurism or innovation strategy (required portfolio)
