Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, AGI)
- Produce annual 'Horizon Reports' identifying disruptive forces and market inflection points
- Design scenario-planning models for climate adaptation and societal transformation
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof products and services
- Represent company at global futurist forums (Singularity University, World Economic Forum)
- Mentor innovation teams in anticipatory intelligence methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic innovation or trend analysis
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and disruption patterns
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (STEEP-LE, Delphi method)
- Portfolio of implemented future-strategy projects with measurable impact
