Responsibilities

- Analyze exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their commercial impacts
- Develop predictive models for consumer behavior shifts in digital ecosystems
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and board members
- Coordinate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Author white papers on future-proofing business strategies
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in industry publications
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
