Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces affecting 2026 markets
- Develop strategic frameworks for future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Design scenario-planning models for 3-5 year future states
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed foresight into corporate strategy
- Present future insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping 2026 solutions
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track evolution metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and forecasting
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and pattern recognition abilities
- Experience developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published future insights or implemented foresight projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
